Optional Columns - Input Spreadsheet
to get a more accurate view you can provide more data in optional columns.
If you are providing a specific optional column,
then all the columns before it must
exist, but they can be blank if you wish.

| AK. Optional. The unit for counting the finished output of the job (batch, lot,,,) may be different from the unit for counting and recording at the operation step.(refer: Quantity Unit of Measure ) |
AL. Optional.
Factor for converting output quantities to operation step quantities.
Example: Output is measured in EA (each) . Each part uses 5.4 KG of mixture. The mixer output is measured in KG. Opn. Unit per Output Unit should be 5.4 This factor is an alternate to Output Unit per Operation Unit. (Column AM.) One or other should be blank. |
AM. Optional.
Factor for converting operation step quantities to output quantities.
Example: Output is measured in EA (each). This operation is molding. The die has 4 cavities. Each shot in the molder makes 4 parts. The molder output is measured in shots. Output Unit per Operation Unit should be 4. This factor is an alternate to Operation Unit per Output Unit. (Column AL.) One or other should be blank. |
